Oridan 4G

ORIDAN-4G is a specialized granular insecticide meticulously developed by Oriental Crop Care Company Private Limited to provide targeted control over destructive stem and leaf-feeding pests. Formulated as a 4% GR (Granule), it contains Cartap Hydrochloride, a powerful active ingredient known for its unique mode of action. Unlike many conventional insecticides, ORIDAN-4G is highly effective against pests that have developed resistance to other chemical classes, making it a vital component of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies.

ORIDAN-4G acts as a systemic, contact, and stomach poison. Once applied to the soil or water (in paddy fields), the active ingredient is absorbed by the roots and translocated throughout the plant. It effectively paralyzes pests by blocking nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, immediately halting their feeding and preventing further damage to the crop.
