Meto

METO is a premium systemic fungicide from Oriental Crop Care Co. (P) Ltd., formulated with Metalaxyl 35% WS. This product is a specialist in protecting crops from the very beginning of their life cycle. As a “WS” (Water Dispersible Powder for Slurry Seed Treatment) formulation, METO is primarily used for seed treatment to prevent devastating soil-borne and seed-borne diseases.

It is exceptionally powerful against Oomycete fungi, which cause Downy Mildew, Damping-off, and Root Rot in crops like mustard, bajra, sorghum, and various vegetables. When applied to seeds, METO creates a systemic protective zone around the germinating seedling, being absorbed by the roots and translocated to the growing shoots. This ensures that the young plant is protected from internal fungal attacks during its most vulnerable stage. By ensuring a healthy plant stand and preventing early-stage mortality, METO lays the foundation for a robust and high-yielding crop.
